Reformed Churchmen

We are Confessional Calvinists and a Prayer Book Church-people. In 2012, we remembered the 350th anniversary of the 1662 Book of Common Prayer; also, we remembered the 450th anniversary of John Jewel's sober, scholarly, and Reformed "An Apology of the Church of England." In 2013, we remembered the publication of the "Heidelberg Catechism" and the influence of Reformed theologians in England, including Heinrich Bullinger's Decades. For 2014: Tyndale's NT translation. For 2015, John Roger, Rowland Taylor and Bishop John Hooper's martyrdom, burned at the stakes. Books of the month. Video: Mr. (archbishop-elect) Glenn Davies, Anglican Church, on Gay Issues

Archbishop-elect Glenn Davies (Seven News image)
Rather curiously, these
Australians Anglicans
frequently are seen without
the usual Anglican dog collars.
The video of Mr. (archbishop) Glenn Davies may be seen here.  Sydney's new Anglican Archbishop, Bishop Glenn Davies, is following closely in the footsteps of his predecessor sharing some controversial views on gay marriage. Talitha Cummins reports.

Also, the Australian Church League carried this:

Archbishop-Elect Glenn Davies was interviewed by Seven News last night. His key message?
“In our churches we welcome everyone to come and hear the wonderful message of Jesus, because that message will transform your life.”
Notably and thankfully, we would add to the above that Mr. Davies has an M.Div. and Th.M. from a Presbyterian Seminary, Westminster Theological Seminary. Also, he holds an earned Doctorate from the University of Sheffield.
