The injustice of refusing permission to biblically orthodox ministers ordained in another Anglican Province would be all the worse for the fact that the false teaching bishop of New Hampshire in the United States, Gene Robinson, was allowed to preach in a CofE parish church in 2008. That was whilst he was in the UK for the Lambeth Conference to which he had rightly not been invited.
Mr Robinson should not have been allowed to officiate in the Church of England; the Kenya three should be, though their identities should by now have been made public.

I read the post on the other blog, and it seems to me, the Archbishop of Kenya can solve the difficulty by simply issuing the "Letters Dismissory." It does strike me as contradictory that these three would be challenged re ministry in England, when Mr. Robinson was allowed to "preach" his twisted doctrine in a C of E parish.
1. Here's my take. The "Letters Dismissory," if issued by the Kenyan Bishop to diocesans in England, would effect a "transfer of jurisdiction," ending one jurisdiction and effecting another...precisely what AMiE was seeking to avoid, to wit, oversight by English bishops suffering apostasy, heresy, incompetence or doctrinal schlerosis or Alzhemiers Disease. These three ordinands want effect episcopal oversight without liberals interference.
2. Yes, the contradiction seems to stand, that is, Gene's freedom to speak in a UK Church while freezing out the Kenyan-ordained Churchmen.
3. We'll continue to watch this development.
I don't think either Co-Mission or AMiE have said that they won't work with apostate or heretical bishops. Rather, they draw the line at a different point in the sand, i.e. when a bishop makes it impossible for them in good conscience to carry out their parish ministries.
The previous Bishop of Southwark made public statements which compromised the evangelical witness of churches in his diocese, and he also refused to ordain evangelical ordinands in good standing. AMiE and Co-Mission have fired a shot across the bow on that last issue, but that doesn't mean that they can't or won't work with +Southwark in future, if he avoids the excesses of his predecessor.
And next door, Co-Mission has already stated that it doesn't have a problem working with +London.
