Dear Dave:

This is to inform you of a rent increase starting next month.  Starting next month your new rent for old SGM spaces will be $20,000 a month, a 15 percent increase. 

This also is to inform you that there will be no renewal of the rental lease next year, 2012.  You will need to be out when the lease ends.    

This is also to advise you that the tithe of 10% from Covenant Life to Sovereign Grace Ministries will not be forthcoming in 2012. 

Please make sure that your December rent check includes the increase and is on time.
