As non-Marcionites, we see and remember the ancient Day of Atonement as the great foreshadowing of Passover Weekend of Jesus's death, burial and resurrection--that one, great, final, perfect, definitive and sufficient sacrifice, satisfaction and oblation for the original and actual sins of His sheep and people.
