We posted a few days back some thoughts on C.J. Mahaney and the utterly unedifying spectacle of their ministry at Sovereign Grace Ministry, a consortium of Baptacostals (claiming to be Reformed, by the way).
A poster has offered three URLs for further review. We are finding connections of Mr. Mahaney to an entire set of Baptists driving a huge convoy of "evangelical" buses in America. As Confessional Anglicans, this convoy is not our our's, not now and not ever, but it's worth understanding. They're modern "enthusiasts" who wouldn't know an old Prayer Book service is it hit them in the head. Would be too dull, too restrictive, too un-spontaneous, too un-spiritual, too dull and too un-conducive to church growth.
