An excellent collection of resources on one of Israel's Field Commanders. This blog ever so rarely will post anything about a Baptist or by a Baptist, viewed as schismatics or sectarians. When exceptions are noted, they are noted. Dr. Roger Nicole is an exception including his egregious errors about baptism and the Prayer Book. Beyond that, this man was a gentleman's gentleman, well loved. A friend of this scribe's family. (Dad passed 23 Mar 2010, ten years the junior of his Professor...Dad loved Dr. Nicole.)
