For U.S. Anglicans, yes, the Reformation is over. The fear that "so-called evangelicals" have about the top-heavy emphasis from the Anglo-Tractarians is legitimate. It's the indiscipline carried over from the late nineteenth and twentieth century. It's the MPD, multiple-personality-disorder.
